REFUND POLICY

At Hosanna Jewellery, we hope you love your pieces. However, if you need to return any items, please read our policy below.

   Return/Exchange  

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Steps to Return:

 

1. Contact us at hosannajewellery@gmail.com with proof of purchase and reason for return/exchange.

2. If accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions, contact us at hosannajewellery@gmail.com.

   Non-returnable Items   

Some items cannot be returned, including:

 

• Custom items (special orders or personalized items)

• Sale items

• Ear jewellery (due to hygiene purposes)

 

All sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ask any questions about specific items before purchasing.

   Damaged Items   

If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

   Exchanges   

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
